ContentHarbour, operated by Andru, uses the personal information you choose to provide to handle enquiries and discuss requested services. Privacy requests can be sent to contentharbour.adp@gmail.com or made by calling 067 957 2084.

What this website collects

The enquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, area, package interest, submission time and your agreement to this notice. These fields are required to send the form; you can call or email instead. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.

How the information is used

Enquiry details are stored in a private database for ContentHarbour to review and respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, place an order or make your details public. A repeat submission from the same email within ten minutes returns the existing receipt to prevent duplicates.

Hosting and other services

This website and its enquiry database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical connection and security information and may process data outside South Africa. Links to WhatsApp and email open those providers’ services, where their privacy terms apply. This page does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are used for your requested discussion and related business administration. Contact Andru if you want the discussion stopped or information corrected or deleted. Information needed for a resulting service agreement or legal recordkeeping may need to be retained separately.

Your POPIA rights

You may request access to or correction of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where applicable under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You may also contact the Information Regulator about a privacy complaint.
